Who is allowed to dump here? My brother lives in York but doesn't have a truck. So I am helping him next week. I'm a MD resident with MD plates. What can I expect at the scale house?

If your brother has a license with his York address show that to them you will be fine.

You would probably have to have a Pennsylvania plate because as other dumps in Pennsylvania they don't take certain County or citys garbage.

They will ask your name and the township or borough the garbage is from.

Whenever I go they ask me for my last name and township and send me on my way you might be able to slip through.
