well it depends. if you have penn waste as your collector. you call them to have it picked up. or you take it to 2700 black bridge rd and drop it off there
I drop mine off at Lowe’s. Atbtye battery center. The ones that are it working any longer. The ones that work, I take them to 9th st of N. George st, York PA. (It’s called resource York, take N. George make a LF or RT onto 9th St, at the end of 9th St, big building on your left) also in Harrisburg of 2nd street/ restore habitat for humanity/ also search all habiatt for humanity for all location in the us).
If you take it to the incinerator there is a minimum fee of $20 up to 640lbs, the address is 2651 Blackbridge Road. 2700 is the office.
