Amtrak Fares dependent on time/date of travel. Amtrak will take you to Penn Station New York, from there you take an Uber or take the subway/shuttle bus.
Amtrak to Penn station only, continue by taxi , uber , F train to Jamaica , continue with the Air train to JFK.
