Is there any site at which I can see a spine doctor, get my x-rays and MRI, and then schedule surgery - a one-stop shop? I've had chronic back problems for years, but not usually severe; starting yesterday afternoon -- I can't walk and need help

Rothman has great Back Surgeons look them up on the Rothman Orthopedics web site. They will get you in take x-rays go over your issues and can order an MRI.
