Is there any way that a lost MOTO e5 phone that's TURNED OFF can be remotely turned on and rung by METRO PCS? The phone cost about $250, so I'm supposed to just eat the cost?

Metro gives you the lookout app for free but I'm not sure if it can remotely turn on a phone, you would have to ask Traeger at the Metro store, this store is one of the best Metro's I have come across I highly recommend them.
