They are just getting open at their new location, they're sure to answer the phone now. I know they weren't for two days as things were being moved over from the old Sakura
You can go in and request a reservation, we were there the other day at their new location the first day it was open and they're all moved in now but they may be only taking in-person reservations if their phone isn't working yet, I'm not completely sure.
I believe they're moving right now to their new location so I doubt they'll be answering much. Last I heard they are opening at the new spot tomorrow though
I'd check they'll website or enter the location yourself
