I came in told them what was wrong with my vehicle they had someone look at my vehicle ordered the parts they thought were right parts ended up being the wrong parts for my vehicle. Turned out they didn’t verify the year of my vehicle instead made me wait 5 hours just for a rear brake caliper. After my truck came out of the shop the problem still wasn’t fixed when I returned complaining that they didn’t fix the problem they still weren’t able to fix the problem. I will not be using big o anymore they don’t seem to know what they are doing I will be taking my business elsewhere. They seemed very untrained and it shouldn’t take 5 hours on one brake caliper
