Absolutely horrible experience with the Bluff location of Big O Tire. Took my car in due to a suspected leak that was slowly losing air, they quickly sent me on my way saying "easy fix". Yet soon after I came back to my car to a LITERAL FLAT TIRE. Literally made my problem worse than when I arrived. Thankfully, the location on Sunset was able to identify the problem and actually fix it. Word on the street is that Sunset receives many unhappy customers from the Bluff location.

Came in at 5:50 and still took my car and got both my front two tires replaced. The cords were showing and it was really dangerous to be driving on. Thankful they were willing to get it done in such a timely manner.
