I have a service dog that ignores cats & other domestic animals. She ignores them when they ignore her and is not provoked by hisses or attacks! Would she be allowed in the property? She could demonstrate her manners before entering.

The cats are pretty laid back, but I didn't witness them interacting with anyone but humans. I can't imagine the Visitor Center hasn't fielded this question before, so here's hoping for the best. I hope you get to visit!

I wouldn't be surprised if any of the cats which reside on the property would react negatively to her, regardless of her interest in them. I would contact the onsite staff first for guidance.
