Dr. Hatch is an optometrist and would not perform the cataract surgery, but would participate in pre- and post- operative care. Excel Eye Center has 9 cataract surgeons. Yes. Excel eye center actually only accepts medical insurance. They don't take vision plans. Dr. Hatch won't be your doctor though because he doesn't do surgery. Excel eye center has a different doctor for cataract surgery.
