Hello D C. - We do accept Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield. We do not take vision plans, however, many insurance plans do allow one routine eye exam/vision screening annually within the health plan. Hello Ms. Gurney- Excel Eye Center accepts Medicaid. Dr. Hatch is paneled with Medicaid. Dr. Hatch is an optometrist and would not perform the cataract surgery, but would participate in pre- and post- operative care. Excel Eye Center has 9 cataract surgeons.
