Whenever I need something I go to the executives and they have helped me well

I make regular deposits multiple times a week. Wait times are getting ridiculous, 20 minutes+. Tellers are nice, just hire more. They should probably hire a manager there as well. Apparently they have one named Jordan, but I’ve never seen him. Even when there’s a line of eight people out to the door. Update 4/20/22 Instead of hiring more tellers, they lost the ones they had. They have 1 teller, 1 banker, 10+ people in the branch line, and wait times now exceed half an hour every visit. I did notice a new face in the manager’s office. He looks super busy behind that desk of his.

Waited 1.5 hours to talk to an associate because it’s Friday afternoon and apparently WF does not staff for Fridays or busier times. There are only 2 tellers who are also doing the drive through with 12 people in the in house line. There are only 2 account associates and one of them is in training. After 1.5 hours of waiting, the non training associate finished with her current client, looked at us and said she’d be right back. Another 40 minutes of waiting she’s not back and we are still not assisted. They are closed Sat/Sun and we only need to change an account from child to adult. Whoever is the branch manager is needs to add staffing because this is ridiculous. We’re from out of state and our home branch is amazing. Id give negative stars if that were an option. Orem branch needs to get it together. We used to live here and this was our favorite branch. So disappointed. Btw we just hit the 2 hour wait time… still no assistance..pathetic. FYI if you have a member in training you STAFF another account associate desk so people are not waiting 2 hours!

I took in change to get bills. They had me rolls the quarters and said they don’t count them because they don’t have enough employees to count it… I went inside and there were 3 girls there and two weren’t helping customers. I get there are other things they need to do and don’t want to be a hinderance to that but it wasn’t that busy. That’s irresponsible of a bank to not count the amount of money. They just accept the rolls of quarters and “trust” the customers to honestly put the amount of money. Even with the manager, the girl with black curly hair, she has not been nicest. And other people I have close interactions with say the same thing. They don’t think some of workers are very nice to us. If we have business there then it shouldn’t be a big deal. We wait in line just like the other customers do… which is long.
