In our verbiage we call a pot containing multiple plants a planter and we refer to an empty container as a pot. We can see how this language could be misunderstood. Their sign said 50% off planters so I asked if it was all their planters and the lady said it wasn’t ceramic planters but flower baskets? I was content with that interaction when another lady chimed in and was super condescending and acting like I was stupid for misunderstanding. The first lady said it keeps happening so instead of them treating their customers like they’re stupid why don’t they change the verbiage of the sign? I won’t be back and won’t recommend.
