We used them to landscape our first house and were very happy so naturally we wanted to use them for our new house. I called in May 2021 and had to wait until July to have the designer come out. He came out as scheduled in mid July. We walked the house and discussed ideas. He mentioned we would target fall to plant everything. I assumed things would go as planned until fall came and went. I called the office and left a message and simply never heard from them again.

We looked all around for a particular ground cover and we’re lucky enough that Fraleigh’s was able to get us all we needed. The order process was easy and they held exactly as many as they said they would, exactly until they said they would. When we arrived to pick up the plants, we were greeted by so many helpful employees who went out of their way to answer our questions and educate us on the finer points of landscaping our new yard. The owners were on site the entire time and were as accessible as any other employee. We felt like valued customers the whole time and were never rushed or pressured into making any decisions. Overall, our visit to Fraleigh’s was a refreshing reminder that honest, down-to-earth people still exist and are after more than just making a buck. As an added bonus, we got to ride on the custom-made train all around the property! Doug treated my 5-year-old like a member of the family as he drove us around and showed us how the train was built. Thank you Fraleigh’s- we’ll certainly be back!

In my quest to scout several new-to-me nurseries this year, I heard mention of Fraleighs multiple times over the course of one week and decided to check it out as I needed a couple shrubs. I happened to need to bring all three of my young kids along for the ride...they are typically pretty good when shopping but get bored easily if there's not a lot to occupy themselves with. Right away we were greeted by a lovely young lady who was so incredibly helpful and patient in answering my questions and showing us around. The plants there look so healthy and were I there alone and had a bigger area to landscape, I would have gone home with so much stuff. I did end up buying a great lace elderberry and climbing hydrangea, plus lots of things on the wish list for another time! But the best part was, when we were checking out (with another super -courteous employee), a woman came up to me and asked if we were in a hurry, because if not, would the kids like to ride the train around the property? I cannot explain how much that made my kids' day! We took 4-5 loops around on a train and track made by the owner, enjoying the beautiful weather and landscape. It is such a special memory we will carry forever, and they have forever customers in us! We appreciate Fraleighs so much!
