Depends on the kind of hiking you want to do. It is a wonderful park for nice, long walks through nature on hard, clear paths. There is nothing challenging about it other than distance though.

Lots of trails easy to medium Trekking. Runners and joggers love these trails. It is a Nature Preserve not really a "park".

Great park for easy hiking with well groomed and well marked trails. Some of the trails intersect with private lands so make sure you read the signs posted and know either where you're going or their specific rules.
