My sisters car is insured and in her name. Everything works in her car but she has a small crack on the windshield. Is that okay for the test.

As long as she has car insurance or on the vehicle you are driving. You just have to take that in (and maybe the registration) for the DMV officer can begin your road test. At least $50 - $75
