Very impressive. So professional and very polite. In and out in 5 minutes with license plates. Big difference from the city where you can wait HOURS, and being greeted by someone who doesn't want to be working. Many business could take could take Kanab DVM, as a model for their own business. The world would be a better place.

I believe you would need the current registration and title also a bill of sale would be helpful

When I register my vehicle do I have to change my driver's license from CA to UT? If so, how soon must I do that and will I have to take a written test?

You do have to take a written test and get it graded in the 10 hours a month that they are open. And don't forget your 5 forms of ID.
