I have an out of state license that expires on 17 November but cannot get an appointment until 27 November, is there any way to get my Utah license before the 17 November?

Actually they take walkin"s. I went yesterday morning. Just make sure you have all of the requested documents and the application filled out before you go. Go online to their website and fill out the application and print it and they have the list of the necessary documents you'll need to bring. I Got there around 11:30 am and I was finished by 1:15 or so. That included the test. Read the manual you'll do fine. Also, they let you use the manuel piece of cake!

Yes just go in and tell them you need a driver license. You don't need a appointment of you tell them you need it now.
