There are 4 levels of difficulty so depending on you level of athleticism some seniors may be ok on the easiest levels but you may find it to be a waste of money if you are unable to go through the majority of the courses.
Yes. On the first day (Grand Opening) I was there and on level 4 (four) and right behind me was a woman in her late 20's and her father late 60's. I was impressed to say the least. Especially being as though level 4 was deemed the toughest course, in which I agree.
If you're a senior in exceptional physical shape, yes! I would not recommend for any individual with heart issues. The activity is high adrenaline due to the heights and the obstacle challenges. I've done the courses twice now myself. I would recommend being in good physical health to do the ziplines as well!
I've driven past, and see young teenage children struggling through the obstacle courses. I don't think a senior would enjoy that part. I thought I would try but not after watching the youngsters! Zip lines I would think so!
