We live in the neighborhood and normally go to Hook And Reel but decided to give them a shot. We got 2 crab and shrimp platters. The crabs were ok but the shrimp were tiny little morsels of paper. They didn't taste like anything. They must have been just boiled in water and were an after thought. That ruined the meal for me and we both threw them out.

The quality of their food declined drastically since COVID. Beware of their seafood especially their crabs and shrimps. I brought $60 wo4th of seafood and had to throw everything in the trash because it was not fresh. And I had been a loyal customer for over 10 years

You can buy the steamed crabs with an access card, but there is a fee for steaming them, and that fee must be paid in cash. I think it is about $2.00
