I did not know about this library until I was passing by and saw the poster for the New Deal exhibit. I had a great time exploring in the time I was there. The staff member on the Rare Books floors was helpful and available for questions. There was so much to explore but I stuck with the exhibit and learned more about the WPA (Works Progress Administration).

Yes some libraries are open on a limited basis. Just Google your branch and they will give you days and hours if they're open.
