How can you find out if a package was delivered but no one answered will they leave a slip stating they missed you or will it give you that info thru tracking information

They usually leave a slip saying they'll try twice more and if unsuccessful will leave pick up information

They should leave a slip informing you that they tried to deliver but, more times than not, don't. However, the tracking information will show an attempted delivery.
