I had the opportunity to work with the kitchen staff at the Society Hill Sheraton; words can not explain my experience as a chef how in awe I was to see the professionalism , the unity , the kindness ,making me feel like a valuable part of the team.

Don't know anything about that. I was only there for a day conference. Didn't care for the mandatory valet parking as they kept messing with my auto headlights.

Kudos to the Sheraton in Society Hill. Fostering teamwork and employee engagement are manager competencies which every manager should practice. These should be evaluated when it comes time to the performance review and determining salary increases and bonuses. The good vibes you got reflect well on the top down messaging from the hotel's senior management.
