If you call 312-226-7984, you can be transferred to the program your friend/family member/partner is in and then ask about visiting hours. If you don't know the name of the exact residential program, you may call anyway and ask how to identify the program, assuming the person you'd like to visit is a client and/or has authorized such information to be released.
