Is there a number at the Ames Iowa store so I can talk to a person and not be put on hold for ever?

No there does not appear to be anyway to reach someone quickly. Even I need to reach a manager with no luck.

If you want to reach a manager, just have it go through the store manager and ask to speak to "a store representative, store manager, or store assistant!" that usually works for me and they are always ready to help!
