In person, at the service desk - request an app & the General Manager should personally deliver one to you. That being said, Menards has struggled with immense turnover rates, suppressed wages, excessive & harsh policies, lack of adequate staffing, and questionable workplace practices to avoid paying unemployment and annual bonuses, with directly halting unionization, no contracting of union labor, even endorsement of political candidates to employees in the workplace, etc. I cannot in good conscience ever recommend seeking employment at Menard, Inc.
