When there's a que of people they don't pick up the phones until those in store have been helped. All of the representatives have a work line you can leave a message on!

I agree Steven. I have made certain to get the sales persons business card with their own number, so I can call them back. I specifically do this when I have a new phone, or complex problem they cannot solve with one visit.
Can always stop in and see them..
