Does seating number from the bottom or top of section?

Row numbers start at 1, at the bottom of each section, and go up. Does that answer your question?

Row one is at the bottom of a section, and the row numbers increase as you go up. This is the same for most, if not all, stadiums; at least the stadiums I've been in.

Rows go up A at the bottom and QQ up higher. Seats go right to left 1 first on the right aisle then 2,3,4... to the left.
