Shade is hard to come by for day games. I would get something in the 100s, under an overhang from boxes.
139 row wc is usually in the shade except for late afternoon game from 5:30 to 7:00. Row WC has white chairs and is handicapped accessories. Left field boxes rows 21 to the end of the section are under an overhang. They added fans this year which help.
170s sections were in the shade also. There are areas that are more "indoors" or including a fan.
We went to the day game today and sat in section 441 all the the way at the top. The shade was AMAZING and the wind was very NICE. There were lots of children in that area aa well. I hope this helped :)
I would get seats in one of the back sections of 161-167. These sections are covered and on the shadiest side of the field.
