I have seen sports groups set them up a couple of times by the gazebo, where the aforementioned outlet is. The park is in the city of Woodway, so you'd need to call their office to get details.
In all likeliness, will have to apply for a reservation of an area in the park. Best to call Parks Dept about it. Also keep in mind there's only one electrical outlet, as far as I know.
