The new owner wants an astounding $1200.00 per month per stall. No, that "twelve hundred dollars" is not a typo. And no, this is not a "get back" or vengeance response. This is in fact the truth. They're financially forcing/moving everyone out and I have no doubt they'll be tearing the RV park out and developing the land. The likely fact is the land is worth A LOT more than the income the RV park generates. The RV Parks in Washington County are slowly disappearing. It's nearing the end of a great RV era within this area folks.
