Retired Mechanic, keeping old cars alive because it's too expensive to buy a new one. I've been their many times. You should have no problem finding a compatible starter. Most Chevy/Gm 350 v8 (5.7 liter) use same/similar starters. Bring your old starter with you, they might give you core credit towards purchase. Not sure on that I would recommend a refurbished starter from a retail parts store, unless you need the most inexpensive solution. Retail will have warranty. Junk yard won't have warranty. Still best Pick&Pull I've been to, so far in Midwest.
