Do they offer motorized carts for rent, or is this something a person with a cane could walk?

When I was there it had a couple of hills but a person with good Mobility could manage there's lots of benches that way they can take a break and get some rest

A person with a cane should be able to walk most of it. I am not aware of any motorized carts.

Most of the park is reachable just by car. Then you could just walk inside or to the lookouts. Should all be pretty accessable. They also have small train you can ride around the park to see sites. I dont believe they have any motorized carts.
