The lady's working there are great with big smiles to greet you. The coffee is fantastic. I walked a mile and a half to get the best coffee and breakfast sandwich for under 10 dollarw.

I agree with both - parking can be difficult to find and then you have to pay for it. Plus, keep track of how much time you have left on your meter.
