You'll Have to check the year round part yourself, but imagine that since it's got cabins that are both heated and cooled I assume it's year round. I only stayed there. I don't work there, sorry. As for a pop up camper you'll have to look around. They don't sell anything like that. But I assume that older models go for cheap. TL;DR:yes it's year round. You'll have to go hunting for a pop up camper if you want one.
