Lake Glendale is beautiful! Large shaded secluded spots with lake views are a perfect combination. Clean bathrooms/showers a big plus. Jennifer, the person in charge, was kind and accommodating when we forgot our :America the Beautiful card, waiting to charge us until my son could text us photos of the card and the number. We will be back and are disappointed this place is 6 hours away.

The lake is beautiful. The beach is clean and has a concession stand. The camp sites are nice and surrounded by trees. There is a picnic area and boat launch as well. We used our kayaks several times. There's also a trail all the way around the lake. Great place to walk and bicycle rides.

Nope, and limited cell service, but snap those memories in the lake and on the trails to post later.

I believe you can only stay two weeks at a time. There's a monthly Campground with full hookups in Vienna (Shawnee Forest Campground)

I believe you can only stay a Max of two weeks. But as far as a discount you'll need to call them directly and take to the host
I agree with T Etherton. And you should definitely camp if at all possible. The campground is a nice little vacation all by itself.
They have a concession stand there. I am almost sure they have a sign that says "no coolers". I take sodas in plastic bottles (in my beach bag).
