Anyone can book a room through Hilton.com. A certain number of rooms are held for regular reservations
You can book through Hilton grand vacations but you may have to sit through a time share presentation
Anyone can stay. I was asked if I wanted to see there presentation (they offered dinner for free at my choice of 4 different nice restaurant) I said no thanks. All was good. The place is wonderful!!
