We have used this store for years the only problem we have had is some of the employees are young. They need to be. Attentive and learn how to deal with peaple. But this store is very knowledgeable for reptiles and amphibians. Good stock too.
I have never had to call there. I have been a customer for over 10 years and always had great service. I am sorry you had a problem.
I love this place. We drive over an hour to go here . The people know what they are doing.
If they dont answer its probrably because there is always someobe in there buying something why dont you just drive up there like the rest of us. Im sure you probrably sounded rude from them not answering so they got rude back thats what i would have done its human nature
I always get an answer... But I seldom call... I prefer to go there... They hasve always been very helpful...
Usually the owner only hires "volunteer" workers to run the store front, that's why most of then are teenagers. I, myself, have never had phone issues, but I dont call most the time either.
Yea some people there are pretty rude, I know because I worked there and they always should answer the phone or return your call no matter what
