Greyhound need drivers a lot of trips get overbooked due to drivers not reporting to work.
I got stranded 3 times in a trip from Tampa to Joplin, 3 hours each twice in Alabama then 8 hours in St. Louis. They gave me a $7.50 Good voucher for the inconvenience. Will never travel greyhound again, it was the worst travel experience I've ever had.
I would call them the site has been having issues. I had issues when booking. Also be careful they like to change routes and busses last min. Was almost stranded in KY.
