There is a lot that goes into getting that back up bus. They don't have extra buses laying around at each stop. They have to find the bus and the driver. Then the drive time to meet. The next stop will re route you before you arrive if you miss a connecting bus. They will also offer you a food voucher
You almost sound concerned; i know that its a process just like it is with everything else in life; as for as the food voucher have you ever ate what they make you choose; you can't even add money to select an upgrade; with that being said your concerns are overwhelmingly unimpressive
She was being rude... I've only had one bus problem traveling on a bus and there is nothing you can do, besides just sit and wait and that's the truth I've been right in ur spot and I just played on my phone and watch time go by lol but Hopefully ur bus gets there soon because it does suck!!! Hope your day gets better.(:
