The store just rents spaces to people who sell things but they may know a dealer or person who might buy it.
Not sure about the store buying items. I would call them.
I dont think they buy stuff. I'm not 100 percent sure. But they have booths and people resell items from their own collections. Each booth has a differnt owner who rents the space.
