Yes, we do Notarize Power of Attorney documents. Does your POA require witnesses? The best suited witnesses are anyone not related to anyone mentioned in the documents. We do not currently have a Notary on our team that speaks Spanish. However if the signer of the documents can speak enough English to convey to the Notary that they know and understand what they are aigning, then that is sufficient. Documents may be in foreign languages, this is not the concern of the Notary. Our job is to verify the identity of the signer, and witness that same person signing the documents.
