Wear a mask, social distancing, they wipe down regularly
There are a few booths that sell vintage clothes.
The store just rents spaces to people who sell things but they may know a dealer or person who might buy it.
The mall itself does not purchase antiques but if you find a vendor Booth inside the mall that has items similar to what you are trying to sell or if you think they might be interested, at the front desk they will usually give you contact information for you to send photos and information to the individual sellers that have booths
It is a mall where individuals rent booths to sell their items. I don't know if they buy single items.
This question can't be answered here. And 1976 isn't antique, though possibly considered vintage.
