Not personally, but it's a good setting for a good ghost story!
You can tell there is energies there but I personally have not seen a ghost (though several people have). The tour of the mansion is cool to do though, if nothing else for the historic factor.

I have not. However, the place is very neat and the stories of Lemp mansion are pretty cool! Hope to stay the night there one day!
