Yes there are grills and picnic tables at each cabin and campsite. There is a store on the property that has the essentials and if they do not have what you are needing/wanting there is a local grocery store in town which is about 10 minutes away. There is also a Super Wal-Mart in the next town and that is about 20 minutes away.
The store is actually about a half hour away I am not sure about the grills by the cabins. I know when I was there I was taking my 5 year old twins on their first camping trip ever and it was horrible. The people at the store on the property were very rude and the iyems in the store where very high. The property is beautiful but we will not go back. Good luck
