Well seeing as management and Corp don't care about customer feedback in person. This is just another reason for Wal-Mart workers to unionize 😏
Only thing I can think of is Walmart Corp gives management a set amount to use to work the store if they go over that amount it will cut into their yearly bonus the Corp gives management. So the fault is not one sided. Both Corp and managers are responsible for the long lines you experience on holidays. It causes customers to Begin to complain and be hateful towards the regular employees that have absolutely NO control over the long lines. Next time take your complaints directly to the person or people that can only benefit from these long lines and just MAYBE they'll get tired of hearing it and do something about it.... Maybe.... Or take your business to some place else that would make you happier just because you walked through they're doors. You might be surprised at how that can work.😉😉 You might like it!!
