Yes, the sauna is in a private room. We provide a cold peppermint oil & beauty water washcloth to refresh yourself after the sauna. Most guests prefer to keep sweating after their sauna session. Many pair the sauna with a float immediately afterwards to continue the healing and detoxifying benefits. The showers are located in the float rooms and we provide a robe to transition into the float rooms.
