John the owner was AMAZING! We have had rotten luck with another local company and he was very kind to answer all my spa and pool questions. He had a limited amount of supply options but had everything we needed. We ended up getting foam remover for our spa, a bigger leaf basket for our pool pole, and a better brush to move dirt off the stairs and benches in our pool. We talked all things spas and production also limits that that are being imposed on them. We will definitely be back to support John and his extremely knowledgeable team. They are so kind. If you need anything or have questions, these guys got you covered.

UPDATE: JULY 9, 2022---- WE JUST HAD A GREAT 4TH OF JULY PARTY WITH 25 PEOPLE IN AND OUT OF OUR X2000 SWIM SPA OVER AN 8 HOUR PERIOD. I AM SO VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TECHNOLOGY OF THIS SPA. ADDED SOME CHLORINE AFTER THE PARTY TO BOTH SIDES AND CLEANED FILTERS AND ADJUSTED PH THE NEXT DAY. THE SPA PERFORMED PERFECTLY AND HANDLED THIS LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE X2000.............................We just purchased a 20 foot Endless Pools Swim Spa from Pool King - O'Fallon, MO. It was installed yesterday. WOW!!!! Matt, Greg and the entire team of installers were great to work with and very professional. Over the the last few months Matt and Greg have been extremely helpful answering so many questions regarding concrete, electrical setups, and spa maintainence. Every time I call them they are patient, honest and knowledgeable about the product and/or question I have. I'm very pleased I chose this store and company to make this significant purchase.

In the search for a spa and several e-mails and phone calls to several companies in the area, Matt Anderson was the only one to respond. By respond I mean a detailed e-mail with almost all questions answered even without asking. A visit to the store was set and off we went. Upon arrival Matt greated us and began an amazing experience. All the prducts were shown and all were explained in detail. There was absolutely no pressure or uneasiness felt, just lots of questions to us about what we wanted and what we expected. He led us to the perfect spa. The decision was made with ease and the purchase was made. One month later the spa is installed and we could not be happier. Matt kept us updated in that timeframe, again with all questions answered. The installers were phenomenal. Prompt, courteous and detailed. Thanks guys! Matt also reached out to us for an in store spa water check to advise on what needed to be done for optimal use. GET THIS, Matt set up a time to come to our home to go over all the controls of the spa! UNREAL! Pool King and Matt Anderson has all of our business and any referral we can give them.
