I don't know if this will help you but if you ordered online and the store you picked is this one, then you can go to the customer service area and by the double doors to the storage warehouse there is a machine right beside it with a sign above it that says pick up. You just walk over to it and fill out all the information needed and then a worker will bring your item/items out to you. :)
And it's rigged or they are lazy. At the St. Charles rock road store Monday night I see an item on clearance that I wanted. I ordered 11 of them online and pay for them. Tuesday I go to pickup, but they had closed online pickup at 9pm. So I go-to the isle where this item was and they still had some, so I bought 4 more. Wednesday I go back to get my online order, and it's short. It was only 8. They cancelled and refunded the other 3. So I go back to the isle and sure enough, still some on the self. Walmart's a bunch of clowns. At least in North County.
Yelp you can they will bring you your package you see a lot off packages sitting to the side but when you go ti the customer service. Area they'll let you know right then and there
