I have been renting with this company for years. I spoked to Dawn. On my contract I was charged for an extra table called and explained to them what happen. I picked up on Friday because Saturday there close. I said it was probably an innocent mistake and they couldn’t give me my money back because I called after I picked up the rental. LADY VERY RUDE SPEAKING OVER ME SO BE CAREFUL WHEN RENTING FROM THEM DOUBLE CHECK YOUR THINGS MAKE SURE THEY’RE NOT STEALING FROM YOU! WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN THEY’RE NOT HONEST PEOPLE.

They did an excellent job. The table cloths & napkins were clean and pressed. We were so happy and they are professional, warm, and very nice. They helped put everything in our car and removed them when I returned them. Wonderful place to rent party & event supplies. One happy customer 💝

So disappointed…I went to website to place order it advised that I need to purchase the items I wanted in person ..so I went to my weinhardt location and the receptionist advised I had to order over phone or make appointment the receptionist was very rude I ignored it and told myself maybe she having a bad day because I really wanted the items ..so I called back two days later and receptionist was very rude didn’t answer phone politely acted as if I was bothering her was very short with what service I needed then told me to hold to explain I couldn’t pick up and delivery will be 200.00 that is ridiculous furniture doesn’t even cost that much to deliver owner really need to listen to her calls
